The Perinatal Center of Oklahoma for Quality & Comprehensive Care
The Perinatal Center of Oklahoma is a locally owned private practice that was founded in 2004 by Dr. John R. Stanley, MD. Dr. John Stanely graduated from Baylor University and the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine. He obtained a year of Family Medicine training, as well as completed a Obstetrics and Gynecology residency. Dr. John Stanley is dedicated to women’s health and ensuring proper care during pregnancy.
Dr. John is joined at the practice by Dr. Charles P. Mirabile, MD, who is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist—originally from Long Island, New York. Dr. Charles Mirabile graduated from Boston College. He also attended medical school at St. George’s University School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He joined the Perinatal Center of Oklahoma in 2006 and has helped encourage the growth of the beautiful healthcare practice!
The practice has grown into five locations throughout Oklahoma and Arkansas, with their Norman, OK practice located at 3501 24th Avenue NW. Dr. John and Dr. Charles offer many years of experience, information, a comforting atmosphere, and top-notch care!

The Perinatal Center of Oklahoma offers many different services to meet everyone’s needs! They offer a large team of staff ranging from expert obstetricians, trained sonographers, and skilled obstetrical nurses. They also have registered dietitians with expertise in diabetes and genetic counseling.
At the center in Norman, you’ll experience an advanced diagnostic comprehensive ultrasound. The ultrasounds will provide you with detailed images of our precious little ones growing inside you. Not only do these scans allow doctors to detect any potential abnormalities or disorders, but they also give you peace of mind knowing that you baby is developing just as they should be. Your ultrasound will also give you some sweet keepsakes to take home!
