During the session, the mother wore a beautiful designer gown while the baby wore a cozy knit romper. Both of these outfits are just a couple of many beautiful pieces offered in the Client Closet, and may be used for any studio session.

My favorite thing about this session was that my assistant couldn't get over how much the mother in these portraits resembles Buttercup from The Princess Bride, adding a touch of fairy tale magic to the portraits.

There were so many precious moments captured during this session: mom & dad cradling their little one, images of big brother interacting with his new baby brother, and of course, the whole family together.

I find so much beauty in the everyday moments of parenthood, which is why I love capturing those candid portraits of bottle feeding, nursing, soothing or holding baby.

I had the pleasure of photographing a mother-daughter duo in OKC. The mother looked stunning in this champagne dress with a gold leaf pattern, while her little one looked so precious in a hand-knit romper. Both of these lovely wardrobe pieces are included in the client closet, a luxury service I offer to make it easy for you to choose the perfect outfits for you and your baby.

At the beginning of the session, baby spit up just a bit on momma. She was able to try on dresses, and chose this beautiful rose colored gown to wear during the newborn session. Crisis averted!

In every newborn session, I love to incorporate images of mom, dad, baby and every combination of each family member! The baby in this newborn session is wearing one several custom knit rompers in my client closet.

If you wish to have your breastfeeding journey documented, I would love to do that for you! (I always give mothers I work with the option to keep images private if they wish.) Breastfeeding may be a brief time in your motherhood journey, but I can document it for you as a form of art for you to cherish a lifetime.

A common question I get is can mom, dad, or siblings be included in the newborn session. The answer is yes! I love to incorporate everyone in the session!

The mother is wearing a handmade cream colored dress, another beautiful piece offered in my client closet.

I loved capturing images of this sweet boy and all of his newborn features, as well as images of him with his mother and father.

Once you have filled out your contact information using the inquiry form below, I will get in touch with you to go over the details about your session.

Newborn sessions will be done in the studio, located in Yukon.To reserve your session date, you will submit the contract and retainer. That is when the fun begins!

Next we will begin planning your session. I will send you information about gowns I have in my client closet, as well as outfits for your baby, that you will have full access to for your session.

If you choose to purchase a new outfit, I will be happy to send you styling tips to achieve a beautiful aesthetic appearance in your images.

When you choose outfits you love and feel good in, your confidence and joy will translate during your session. My goal is that you love yourself so much in the outfit you wear that you can't stop looking at the images when you receive them!

2. PLANNING & STYLING

Throughout the session, I will guide you through prompts and poses so you won't have to worry about what to do. I occasionally will have music playing in the background to keep the atmosphere energetic and light-hearted!

If you there siblings in the session, I will encourage play and movement to help keep them excited! My main goal for your session is to capture the love and connection in your family!

3. SESSION DAY!

After your session, I will upload a gallery with approximately 40 images with preliminary edits. You will then get to go through the images to decide which ones you would like to keep, as well as have the opportunity to upgrade your package to include additional images!

4. Choose your images

After you have selected your images, I will complete the final re-touching and editing. I will email the gallery to you once the final edits are completed, where you will be able to download your images.

You will be able purchase prints and heirloom artwork at this time to display in your home.
